Musings About Writing in Public

There's a movement called "Build in Public" where you share everything about what you're building as you build it. The writer's equivalent is what I call "Writing in Public," where as a writer you write little public bits regularly in parallel with working on your books.

I struggle with writing in public. When I know something will be read soon, I have trouble writing.

The past week, writing has been a challenge for me. Part of it is that I'm supposed to be writing publicly in a way that will sell my Abyssia books. But I have a total mental block whenever I try to do that.

I've decided to break through that block by just writing about my struggles. This is just a simple WriterStead Note for now, not a full article, because I'm not sure I can write enough to complete a whole article.
